finally an update

So, where has he been? some of you may wonder.
As most of you know, I've been through a lot of changes.
Last summer I had an incident of chronic heart failure (fluid build up around my heart). This should have resulted in a 3 day hospital stay while they gave me diuretics to flush out the fluid.
